Cure the Mourning is a track inspired by Mariachi rhythms and Hungarian string music.
Eli grew up playing Mariachi music in Taos, New Mexico. His teachers were Nick Branchal and Norbert Martinez.

Jack is Hungarian by ancestry and in 2019 he studied traditional violin in Budapest, Hungary with Csoori Sandor. The melody of "Cure the Mourning" is inspired by a children's song/bowing exercise he was taught called "Soro Magyar."

The track was written in Abiquiu, New Mexico in January 2021

It was recorded by Logan Stokes in Cedar Crest, NM.

The track was mixed by Peter Larkin of Lighthouse Recording in Santa Fe, NM. Mastered by Mike Monseur of Axis Audio in Nashville, TN.

Album artwork is an original lithograph print by Sarah Parker in Taos, NM.
